Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Precisely never uses your data to train or fine-tune AI models – neither internally nor through third-party providers. All AI features are built on inference-only APIs with strong privacy guarantees.

Where is my data processed?

By default, data is processed within the EU (Sweden) via Azure OpenAI, under Microsoft’s EU Data Boundary program. US-based OpenAI and customer-hosted API keys (BYOK) are supported upon request.

What kind of data is sent to AI?

Full contracts, which may include PII, can be sent for tasks like metadata extraction and summarization. While not pseudonymized, all data is encrypted and processed under strict access controls.

Can I control or disable AI features?

Yes. AI usage is optional, role-based, and fully configurable. Admins can enable, disable, or opt out entirely via system settings.

What safeguards are in place?
